Welcome to the British Builders Academy. We aim to ensure that both consumers and builders are protected under our U.K. Builders Academy 'Code of Conduct'.
We want you the consumer to have peace of mind that when choosing a builder or contractor that the job will be done right and that you are fully covered.
Our Code of conduct is a legal document that comes as a 3 part duplicate form. One kept by yourself, one kept by the builder and one copy to be returned to use for safe keeping or given to someone in trust. The document holds all the essential information required from the builder such as legal status, trading address, insurance details that would he essential to have in the event of you needing to claim.
The recent increase in fracking within the UK could affect us in a number of ways. One of the most important factors is the possibility of Radon gas seaping from underground and into our homes or work environments. This could have disasterous health implications.
The RAD7 is a sophisticated measuring instrument widely used in laboratories and research work around the globe, by radon testers, mitigators and home inspectors, in mines and deserts, on the ocean and up volcanoes, at extremes of temperature.
